There are three California gold stripes on the left sleeve of this School Sweater. Having the stripes placed on the left sleeve, rather than the right sleeve, is the traditional choice for this type of sweater, as often seen in college or varsity sweaters.

Your custom design sweater will be knitted by a real person (that's me - I'm Susan Feltman). I like to take my time and really focus on the details that make these sweaters so distinctive and different from the sweaters you find at the mall. That's why I put two, not one, pockets on this classic sweater.
Classic pockets are knitted right into the fabric of the School Sweater on each side, rather than sewn onto the top of the fabric, and are just the right size for your hand, or for a cell phone, keys and a doughnut or two. The band at the top, knitted in contrasting color, gives a distinctive appearance to the pocket and provides a strong and durable edge.
